Build a sustainable organic content engine for both brands — one that could grow following, drive engagement and create a consistent editorial presence without relying on paid media or promotional offers to perform.

A Monthly Rendez-vous

For The Nail Spa, Colour of the Month. For Hair by Marquee, Trend of the Month. Each month a new theme — drawn from seasonal trends, fashion forecasting and online culture — giving followers something to discover, save, share and book. Content designed not to sell, but to inspire: the kind of posts people return to, screenshot and send to friends.

Mood Board to In-Store

Every month's theme was translated into a mood board and colour palette that shaped all content production — fully in-house shoots anchored by curated trend references. Instagram led as the primary channel while in-store screens brought the same visual world into the physical space — creating a seamless experience whether a customer encountered the brand online or walked through the door. Introduced in the second month of tenure, the concept has run without interruption since, with no paid amplification and no promotional mechanic.
